男人喝跑特(port) 是什么意思
Port 是红葡萄酒, 全名是Vinho do Porto，原是葡萄牙的红葡萄酿的甜酒。一般是餐后甜酒，比较白兰地当然是温和多了。但是也有比较烈的品种。
这句话的意思很明白，白兰地是烈酒，比较豪气的人认为适合他们，Port比较温和，适合一般人。其实Port，只有在葡萄牙出产的才可以称为Port（欧洲原地产品商标保护公会条例）。其他地方的产品只是冒牌货。
哲学中探讨的“非还原“（non-reductive）什么什么意思
所谓非还原就是指，本原的，非构造的，自明的，自在的。
当我们追问“某某”什么意思时，意思本身就是会使“某某”失真，这就是一个从衍生意义上回溯某某的思考过程，这就是一种reductive还原。
有些葡萄酒的成分写的是葡萄汁和二氧化硫,这是真正的葡萄酒吗
是的。每瓶葡萄酒或多或少都会含有一定量的二氧化硫，在葡萄酒发酵过程中，酵母的新陈代谢就会产生亚硫酸盐。因此，即使不人为添加二氧化硫，葡萄酒中依然会带有亚硫酸盐。当然，这也使得“含二氧化硫”标识变得十分微妙。
现在许多酒庄为了使葡萄酒的品质保持稳定，会再额外加入少量二氧化硫，所以葡萄酒中不仅有酿造过程中产生的二氧化硫，还有人工加入的二氧化硫。
二氧化硫和酒精都有可能成为过敏源，但是很多人并不清楚葡萄酒中含有二氧化硫，因此一般酒标上都会清楚的标注上“含二氧化硫”。
根据调查，每100个人当中就会有1个人对二氧化硫过敏，这些人如果饮用葡萄酒可能会引起头疼、鼻塞、皮肤潮红、呼吸困难、恶心、腹痛、眩晕等症状。现在有许多研究都认为饮酒后造成头疼的罪魁祸首就是二氧化硫。
二氧化硫会影响葡萄酒品鉴吗？
答案是肯定的。如果一个酒庄希望最大限度地呈现一款酒中的新鲜果味，酒庄会采用还原法酿酒（Reductive Winemaking），即在酿酒时使用二氧化硫避免发生氧化反应，但过量使用二氧化硫会让葡萄酒产生臭鸡蛋味。不过这种味道经过一段时间的醒酒会慢慢消失。
那么如何购买到一瓶二氧化硫含量较低的酒或者说没有人工添加二氧化硫的葡萄酒呢？如果一瓶酒的酒标上写明“made from organically grown grapes”（使用有机种植葡萄酿造），那并不能说明它不含有亚硫酸盐。
美国法律的规定是，标注“organic wine”（有机葡萄酒）的葡萄酒不能含有任何人工添加的二氧化硫。
